In recruiting we screen applicants who would like to work for NHCD from their home. Specifically, we explain NHCD's history, program, and associate responsibilities to the applicants. Q. How many leads will I need to produce once I am in the recruiting department? A. Once you have completed the requirement to advance to the recruiting department you will need to complete one week of 20 leads or three weeks of 5 leads. Q. Can I work in recruiting and sales at the same time? A. Yes. You can work simultaneously in the recruiting and sales departments, you can also work in leads and recruiting at the same time. The only positions you cannot work simultaneously are lead generation and sales. Q. Will I be provided with applicants to call in the recruiting department? A. Yes. We will provide you with a list of names and telephone numbers of applicants that are waiting to be interviewed. You may also interview and hire people you personally know or find thru your personal hiring web site that we provide for you. * * * * * * * * * * * Sales Department Frequently Asked Questions Q. How do we get paid? A. We get paid $20 per enrollment plus bonuses. There are daily and weekly bonuses and contests. Q. What is the income potential in sales? A. The average sales rep working 15-20 hours per week earns between $200-$400. Experienced sales reps can except to make $20 or more per hour. Experienced sales managers can make more than $800 per week. Q. Are there management opportunities? A. In order to be promoted to Manager, you must be in the Sales Department for at least 3 months, maintain at least 10 sales per week consistently, and have knowledge of the company as well as the products we offer. Q. Will I have to attend a lot of mandatory meetings? A. No. In the Sales Department each manager has a group of anywhere from 4-12 sales reps. Since the groups are small you will get the individual attention you need and therefore, there is not a need for many meetings. Your manager may hold a meeting with your group weekly or bi-weekly. If you need help or have questions, you should ask your direct manager.
